Jake Ivey has a Civil Engineering degree from Georgia Tech and is a licensed engineer in Georgia and South Carolina. He currently serves as a director of the Homebuilders Association at local & state levels. He was selected as the 1999 Sales and Marketing Council Builder of the Year for this area. Columbia County Chamber of Commerce named Jake Ivey as its "Small Business Person of the Year" for 2003.
